SHIPPING POLICY
Once payment is received, we will have your items shipped within 3-5 business days. We ship using USPS Priority Shipping, which is insured. Returns & Refunds
We do our best to ensure that all products are completed to the utmost quality. Due to the nature of yarn production, some crochet items may have "knots" or noticeable joins in the yarn strands. These are not considered to be imperfections.
If for any other reason you find your order to be unsatisfactory, please reach out to us on our Contact Us page and we will do our best to resolve your concern.
